Manager, Health, Safety and Emergency Management, Human Resources

The Manager, Health, Safety and Emergency Management provides leadership and support to management and employees by planning, developing, implementing, maintaining and promoting JIBC’s integrated health, safety, and emergency management programs. In addition, the incumbent ensures that the necessary policies, procedures and protocols are in place to effectively support these initiatives. 

The incumbent is responsible for developing organizational capacity and implementing initiatives which help to foster an organizational culture that embraces health and safety and emergency preparedness across JIBC.

Program Representative, Practice Education, Health Sciences Division (HSD)

This position provides administrative and organizational support for Practice Education for HSD, including the maintenance of Program tools used for the delivery of Practice Education.

Director, Fire & Safety Division, School of Public Safety

The Director, Fire and Safety Division, interprets the provincial mandate, mission and goals of JIBC into the provincial mandate, mission, goals and objectives for the Fire and Safety Division.  The Director is responsible for providing educational and administrative leadership to Fire and Safety Division staff and achieving educational, financial, continuous quality improvement, and customer service targets in collaboration with the Dean.
